U.S. Department Of War Releases Insane Footage Of American Sub Sinking Iranian Warship With a Torpedo – First Time It’s Happened Since WW2 [VIDEO]

Iran is getting hit hard on land and in the ocean.

An Iranian warship was no match when it came face-to-face with a U.S. submarine’s torpedo.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed following an Israeli strike in Tehran. It was part of a massive coordinated U.S.-Israeli military offensive called “Operation Epic Fury.” Trump confirmed Saturday that the U.S. is carrying out “major combat operations in Iran.”

The Iranian government has announced 40 days of mourning as a result. While they mourn, they still have to deal with an assault of attacks coming from multiple places.

Now, after losing their Supreme Leader, they have also lost a warship.

A U.S. submarine sank an Iranian warship in the Indian Ocean. The ship was identified as the Iranian frigate IRIS Dena. Sri Lanka’s deputy foreign minister said it was heading back to Iran from an eastern Indian port.

The attack happened hundreds of miles across the Indian Ocean from the Gulf.

“An American submarine sank an Iranian warship that thought it was safe in international waters,” U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said at the Pentagon. “Instead, it was sunk by a torpedo. Quiet death.”

Hospital authorities in the Sri Lankan port city of Galle said 87 bodies were brought in by military rescuers, per Reuters. Another 32 were rescued and were being treated at the hospital. About 60 people were likely unaccounted for among an estimated 180 on board, Sri Lankan authorities said.

President Masoud Pezeshkian says Iran had “no choice” but to respond to the US and Israel’s joint operation. This war is expected to go on for some time. It remains to be seen if the war will continue in the water with more submarines.
