Sherrone Moore’s Wife Was Going Viral During His Court Appearance

Sherrone Moore’s wife has made her decision.

Former Michigan coach Sherrone Moore’s wife is once again sticking by his side. In December, Kelli Moore’s world crashed when her husband first lost his job. It came as a result of his alleged ‘inappropriate relationship’ with Paige Shiver.

Moore made things so much worse when he allegedly drove to Shiver’s house to confront her. Prosecutors said Moore is accused of grabbing butter knives and a pair of kitchen scissors. He then threatened to kill himself at the house of the woman with whom he reportedly had a relationship.

All of this can be quite embarrassing for the woman he married and had kids with. She could’ve left him and made him go through a lengthy divorce. However, Kelli held her husband’s hand as he arrived in court for a probable cause hearing in January.

Fast forward to March, and Sherrone Moore was back in court with his wife.

The attention that former Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore has received in the last few months has been quite embarrassing to his wife.

On Friday, she showed a united front as Moore walked into his latest court appearance holding hands with his wife, Kelli. The 40-year-old was arrested on felony home invasion, stalking, and illegal entry charges. He and his wife have 3 small children, including a daughter born in 2025.

“The couple put on a united front after being seen for the first time since the scandal broke, with Moore making threats to kill himself after his firing,” the Daily Mail reported.

“Moore pushed a stroller with a pink blanket after having a meeting with his lawyer for around two hours, with Kelli walking a few steps behind him. It is the first time that the couple has been seen since his explosive firing and arrest, with neither issuing a statement on the incident.”

Sherrone Moore is hoping for a massive legal win as his due-process rights were brought into question.

A Washtenaw County judge ruled in favor of a hearing that will likely help Moore and his lawyer. His legal team is aiming to dismiss criminal charges. Last month, Judge J. Cedric Simpson was not happy with how a police detective failed to disclose Moore’s employer-employee relationship with a woman. It was called a “glaring omission” when a magistrate authorized a warrant for his arrest.

“Defendant’s due process may have been violated,” Simpson said. “What worries me is the magistrate did not get that opportunity [to hear more information],” Simpson said, per The Detroit Free Press.

“And if the magistrate didn’t get that opportunity, that means what the people got may not have been a validly sworn out complaint…and that the defendant’s due process rights may have been violated. That’s my problem, or my concern.”

In the meantime, Paige Shiver has also lost her job at Michigan after her contract was not renewed.
