Everyone Was Saying The Same Thing About The Jaw-Dropping Iowa Hawkeyes Fan Moment Caught on Camera During the Big Ten Tournament [PHOTOS]

Iowa lost the game, but won the war.

The Iowa Hawkeyes nearly completed a historic comeback against the Buckeyes during the Big Ten Tournament on Thursday. They were down as much as 16 points before No. 8 Ohio State defeated them 72-69.

With about eight minutes to play in the back-and-forth contest, social media started buzzing about a few moments in the contest. It had nothing to do with the actual game.

The cameraman began getting shots from the crowd, specifically the Hawkeyes’ side. One woman caught social media’s attention fairly quickly. She may be unknown now, but it won’t remain that way for too long.

With the score at 58-49, the unknown Iowa Hawkeyes female fan was shown to millions of fans watching at home.

“It’s crazy how a Miami 3 is an Iowa 10,” one fan said.

“Camera man keeps showing my #Wife,” a second fan wrote.

“Camera man knew what he was doing,” one final fan stated about the Iowa Hawkeyes fan.

With the loss, Iowa was eliminated from the Big Ten Tournament.

“We had a good game plan,” Iowa head coach Ben McCollum said after the game. “I didn’t think we executed it to that level… Keep fighting, and hopefully do well in the NCAA Tournament.”

Ohio State guard Bruce Thornton scored 10 straight points as the eighth-seeded Buckeyes defeated Iowa at the United Center. The Buckeyes advance to face top-seeded Michigan in a quarterfinal game on Friday.
