OnlyFans owner and CEO Leonid Radvinsky has died following a battle with cancer. The company announced Radvinsky’s death on Monday.

The United Kingdom-based Ukrainian-American billionaire bought a majority stake in OnlyFans’ parent company Fenix International Ltd in 2018. The website’s not-suitable-for-work content made a breakthrough during the lockdown.

The deal came two years after OnlyFans was conceived and built by British father and son duo Guy and Tim Stokely. It was under his leadership that the platform became a cultural phenomenon. He became the majority shareholder and director of the streaming platform up until his death.

The company paid out a record $701 million in dividends in 2025, The Financial Times reported. OnlyFans has been credited with revolutionizing the sex industry and changing it forever.
