Dianna Russini Speaks Out After Getting Caught Sharing Intimate Poolside Moment With Mike Vrabel – Despite Both Being Married

She had some explaining to do.

New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini were seen holding hands and hugging in newly released pictures.

Page Six stated the two were seen having breakfast on the hotel patio and spending time at the pool, lounging side by side in a hot tub. They were also reportedly seen at the private rooftop of one of the hotel’s bungalows.

They were reportedly seen weaving their fingers together and dancing briefly, per Page Six. The biggest issue with this is that both are married.

The report stated, “Our spy spotted Vrabel and Russini again that evening on the private rooftop of one of the hotel’s bungalows, which features glass walls offering panoramic views of the state’s famed Red Rock formations,” and that the two danced together at one point.

It was certainly not a good look for both Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel.

The NFL offseason may be approaching the 2026 NFL Draft, but players and coaches still have some downtime. New England is aiming to return to the Super Bowl after their loss in Super Bowl LX. Head coach Mike Vrabel led the team’s remarkable turnaround season.

He enjoyed a successful first season with the Patriots and now appears to be enjoying some new company. Unfortunately for him, it wasn’t with his wife.

Vrabel was spotted spending time with NFL reporter Dianna Russini. Some have already called the release of the photos intrusive. Mike Vrabel said the pictures were laughable and did not deserve a response.

Dianna Russini would soon speak out after the publication of the pictures.

“The photos don’t represent the group of six people who were hanging out during the day. Like most journalists in the NFL, reporters interact with sources away from stadiums and other venues.”

Athletic executive editor Steven Ginsberg added, “These photos are misleading and lack essential context. These were public interactions in front of many people. Dianna is a premier journalist covering the NFL, and we’re proud to have her at the Athletic.”
