Giants Co-Owner Steve Tisch Digs Himself Deeper With Odd Statement After Getting Exposed For Inappropriate Emails With Jeffrey Epstein

Steve Tisch did not deny his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch has broken his silence following Friday’s bombshell report.

The 76-year-old is under immense scrutiny following the Department of Justice’s release of emails bearing conversations between him and Jeffrey Epstein.

The latter, a convicted sex offender, died by suicide in 2019.

Exchanges between him and Tisch from 2013 suggested he was recommending various women for the Giants owner.

The DOJ released over three million documents referencing Epstein on Friday, including emails from women telling him about their experiences with Tisch.

Tisch didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment from The Athletic. However, he has since released a statement.

“We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments,” he said, per ESPN’s Jordan Raanan. I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.”

Tisch became a co-owner of the Giants back in 2005,  with his father having bought 50 percent of the team back in 1991.

A popular movie producer, he’s responsible for some of the most iconic films ever released. They include ‘Forrest Gump’, ‘Risky Business’ and ‘The Pursuit of Happyness’.

He’s also credited with the ‘Equalizer’ films.

The Athletic reports having left messages for multiple women named in the exchanges. But they have not replied to interview requests.
