NFL Fans Think Texans-Colts Game Was Blatantly “Rigged” After Multiple Fishy Calls Changed The Outcome & Made Things Much More Interesting For The League [VIDEO]

NFL fans are rightfully furious after several questionable game-changing calls in the Houston Texans-Indianapolis Colts showdown at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday.

Three days after the NFL refs made a series of horrific calls that screwed the Detroit Lions in their Thanksgiving Game loss to the Green Bay Packers, the officials once again took center stage in a pivotal game with significant playoff implications.

With the Colts-Texans game tied 13 apiece early in the fourth quarter, C.J. Stroud threw an incomplete pass in the direction of Xavier Hutchinson. Not only did Hutchinson somehow draw a pathetic pass interference call against Kenny Moore III, but the refs missed a blatant “delay of game” penalty on Houston seconds earlier:

After topping off the drive with a Nico Collins touchdown? The Texans got another break when the refs inexplicably ruled Ka’imi Fairbairn’s extra point attempt as good. Replays suggest he didn’t make it, but the play was not reviewable:

Furious NFL fans accused the refs of “rigging” the game that Houston went on to win 20-16.

“Refs cheating for the Texans and not even trying to hide it,” a user wrote.

“Games like Colts Texans are when I have a really hard time believing some NFL games aren’t rigged. These refs have made call after call benefiting the Texans,” a fan said.

“Is anybody paying attention to this Colts vs Texans game? Its the most obviously rigged game we have ever seen. They just gave the Texans an extra point that they clearly missed, Wtf is happening ?!” wrote another.

“I have never seen a game so blatantly rigged. The NFL has a real gambling problem and all you needed to do today was watch the Colts Texans game,” said a user.

“Just one time I’d like the refs on the Colts side,” a fan added.

“Refs screwed the Colts there in the second half. Missed facemasks, awful DPI, questionable XP by Houston. Calls usually even out but man you had to feel for the Colts there,” said another.

Per ESPN, the Texans were penalized nine times for 85 yards. The Colts were called for five penalties worth 33 yards, but the Texans certainly benefited from the worst calls.

The Colts’ loss drops them to 8-4 on the season, making things a lot more interesting in the AFC South. Indy now sits tied with the Jags in first place, while the Texans are just one game back at 7-5. It’ll be an exciting final stretch for the division race, thanks in large part to some questionable week 13 officiating.
