Bunnie xo took to Instagram and shared a shocking clip of her husband lying in a hospital bed,

She captioned the post: “This happened in January, worst phone call to ever get. But we got thru it thank goodness & he’s healed completely.”

The video clip showed Jelly Roll lying in bed with a neck brace as Bunnie xo explained: “When your hubby snaps his collarbone in half after flipping an ATV and thinks he’s so tough with a neck brace on.”

In a later post, a recovered Jelly Roll showed fans his repaired ATV and said: “I’ve been keeping a secret from y’all…”

He said in the video clip: “I took this thing out for the first time since I flipped it.

“Broke my collarbone, I was so scared to get back on this thing you know.

“I just knew if I didn’t get back on it sooner or later I was just gonna be more and more scared of it.

The country singer’s request comes following controversy surrounding this season’s Super Bowl 60 halftime performer, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny.

While on the red carpet before the ceremony in Los Angeles, the singer made a pitch to the NFL.

Jelly Roll wants a future Super Bowl to be in Nashville and for the showpiece game to feature a country-themed halftime show.

“I’ve been waiting on somebody to ask me a halftime performance question,” he said to Entertainment Weekly.

“The Super Bowl could possibly come to Nashville in the next three to five years.

“We’re getting a new stadium, and I have a dream they do a country music-themed halftime show.
