MICHAEL STRAHAN has lifted the lid on his guest appearance on a popular TV show.

The former NFL star is no stranger to appearing on screens across a range of shows.

Strahan is an analyst on pregame show Fox NFL Sunday, he is the co-host of Good Morning America and he presents prime time game show $100,000 Pyramid.

So it is no surprise that the always busy 53-year-old grasped the opportunity to feature on the new season of Shark Tank.

Strahan was invited to be a “guest shark” on season 17 of the ABC show.

And speaking on Monday’s Good Morning America, the former New York Giants defensive end revealed he has already filmed his appearance as a ruthless investor.

 

Opening up on his venture, Strahan said: “It’s a lot of fun and I was really surprised.

“I was really nervous, but once you get there, they’re amazing.

“They make you feel great. They really show you the ropes. I had a great time.”

Strahan featured as a guest alongside entrepreneurs Kendra Scott and Allison Ellsworth.

The new additions appeared alongside the main Sharks, which consist of Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John, Daniel Lubetzky, and Kevin O’Leary.

Away from the football field and TV studio, Strahan is a savvy businessman.

His net worth is a reported $65million, according to various reports online.

He has run his own clothing line since 2015 the focuses on tailored garments.

The business has expanded into sports apparel via the NFL and NHL, even striking a deal with Fanatics.

Strahan also owns production company and talent management firm SMAC Entertainment.
