Robert Irwin has a lot of supporters rooting for him on “Dancing with the Stars” Season 34. He has given an incredible performance week after week, and many fans feel that he has already proven himself as a worthy winner of the Mirrorball Trophy.
Robert Irwin Wins Over Fans
The wildlife conservationists’ performance on Disney Night on Tuesday, October 7, was no exception, and fans were impressed with how Irwin performed a Cha Cha routine alongside his professional partner, Witney Carson. The couple earned a score of 22 out of 30 from the judges.
After their performance of the Cha Cha to “Try Everything” from “Zootopia,” photos of the pair were shared on the official “Dancing with the Stars” Instagram. This allowed fans to share their thoughts on the performance and react to whether they felt the judges, Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli, had gotten it right.
“WHAT AN ENTRANCE” a fan wrote. “He is hands down the best natural performer along with whitney,” another fan shared.
“That dance deserved all 8s and maybe even a 9!! Something about the way he dances always captivates and you can tell he’s having fun,” a third person shared.
Some fans were also disappointed with the judges’ scoring and believed the couple should have received higher scores.
Did the Judges Get It Right?
It is not surprising that fans thought the pair did an incredible job, as Irwin had shared a sneak peek at what was to come ahead of the live show. On show day, he posted a video on Instagram of himself and Carson dancing. “On tuesdays… we CHA-CHA! @dancingwiththestars,” the caption reads. Fans were blown away by how great Irwin was!
“At this point just give them the mirror ball,” a fan wrote. “I hope you Cha-Cha back to the top of the leaderboard!,” another shared.
Irwin also shared a clip on Instagram showing himself and Carson in their outfits ahead of their performance. They both look great. In the caption of the post, Irwin encouraged fans to vote for them.
