Via her Instagram story, the Indiana Fever star, who has been known to show off plenty of skin in bikinis, posted what she was eating while still recovering from surgery.

So, what was on the dinner plate? Cunningham was eating spaghetti that was topped with ranch.

You read that correctly. Sophie Cunningham, who has a body to die for, eats ranch all over her spaghetti, and she loves it.
