Dylan, 43, and cameraman husband Brian, 38, purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo – which includes a pool and sauna – in 2016.

They initially tried selling up in November last year, according to property records.

The apartment was put on the market for $2,495,000, only for the listing to be taken down two weeks later.

It was restored days afterwards and was later relisted in January, at the same price.

Now, however, the property is currently listed with Kaptan Unugur at Sotheby’s International Realty.

Built in 2008, the apartment boasts 1,491 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing views of Battery Park below.

According to the listing: “Spectacular amenities include full time doorman, porters, a sky-lit indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, state of the art fitness center, children’s playroom and a 7,000 square foot landscaped rooftop with two built-in commercial barbecue grills, a wet bar and cabanas with retractable awnings.”

Meanwhile, the building itself comes with a swimming pool, sauna, and pool table.

Dylan and Brian bought the home after selling their Upper West Side co-op, which had been listed for $862,000.

Six months after moving in, they welcomed eldest son Calvin in December 2016.

Over the years, the couple went on to have two more sons; Oliver and Rusty.

In addition, Dylan owns a home in Point Lookout, New York that she acquired in 2021.

She splashed out $2.5 million for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property.

Dylan previously addressed on social media whether the apartment’s space worked for her family.

Taking to Instagram, she shared a snap of her boys in their bedroom in January 2022.

She penned at the time: “‘You’ll have to move’, they said. ‘Time for a bigger apartment, they said’.

“This is how you do it in NYC. I think they all fit just fine… for now.”

As a TV personality, NBC News meteorologist Dylan Dreyer is open with her fans about her family and personal life. The third hour Today co-host took to Instagram on July 18 to announce the difficult news that she and her husband, Brian Finchera, have decided to separate after 12 years of marriage.

“For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows. The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between,” Dylan’s written statement began. “I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you’ve given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.”

Dylan continued on to say that she and Brian “will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another.” She concluded the note by saying, “Thank you as always for your support.”

While comments on the post have been disabled, Dylan broke her Instagram silence on July 20, sharing a photo of golf balls arranged in an egg carton. “Breakfast time! @theopen @golfchannel @nbcsports,” she wrote in the caption.

Fans took the opportunity to rally around Dylan and share messages of support in the comments.

“Dylan – I feel that the world stopped soon as I hear you’re parting ways with your husband. My heart is broken for you and your 3 boys BUT I never doubted your ability to handle any given situation. You are a very strong girl, full of grace, love, and decency. Lots of love and prayers to you,” one person wrote.

“Thinking of you! So impressed by your strength! I have three boys too and got divorced when they were a bit older than your boys. Very difficult time but I am sending positive thoughts and prayers!! 💙💙💙,” another added.

“Dylan thinking of you in this hard time. You are a warrior🤗🤗🤗,” a third commenter chimed in.

Dylan has yet to address the news on the air, but it’s clear she has plenty of people in her corner. She appeared on Today for the first time since the news broke, filling in for Al Roker as the meteorologist on Monday, July 21.

We so admire the strength and grace Dylan is displaying during this time — and of course, we’ll keep tuning in to see her on our TV screens!
