Snoop Dogg Rocks Netflix’s NFL Christmas Halftime with Andrea Bocelli Surprise, HUNTR/X, & Lainey Wilson
Snoop Dogg had millions Netflix and chilling on Christmas Day.
The Hip-Hop icon headlined the NFL’s Christmas Gameday Halftime Show, which aired live on the streamer.
And it was a showstopping spectacle; one which transformed the break into a full-blown festive celebration packed with surprise guests, holiday classics, and unmistakable West Coast swagger.
Kicking off the special with the likes of funk legend George Clinton and Martha Stewart, the latter of whom delivers a playful, Halftime-themed spin on ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’.
Thereafter, Snoop blazed the stage with an endless arsenal of hits, including ‘Gin and Juice,’ ‘Who Am I (What’s My Name)’ and ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot.’
Blended classic bops with Christmas charm, the set saw the rapper joined by the singing voices of HUNTR/X from blockbuster hit ‘KPOP Demon Hunters’ who performed the ’12 Days of Christmas.’
Elsewhere, Lainey Wilson arrived in a “Snoopmobile” for her showing of ‘Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,’ Death Row newcomer Tonio Armani joined in the melodic mix, and Andrea Bocelli and Matteo Bocelli concluded with ‘White Christmas’ for a festive finale.
The show, which follows Beyonce’s launch of the Christmas Day Halftime, will stream as a standalone Netflix special on December 26.
