Renee Nicole Good’s Family Issues Emotional Statement, Denies Online Rumors of Criminal History After ICE Sh00ting

**Amid widespread online speculation following the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in Minneapolis, her family has released an emotional public statement forcefully denying false rumors that she had a criminal past or lengthy legal record. Relatives emphasized that there is no evidence Good had any criminal history, including the widely shared and fabricated “rap sheet” circulating on social media, which has been debunked as inaccurate and unrelated to her.

In a heartfelt message, Good’s sister-in-law urged the public to remember her as a loving mother, partner, and community member, and expressed how hurtful misinformation has compounded the family’s grief. She stressed that the online rumors have added unnecessary pain to an already devastating situation, and called for compassion as the case continues to draw intense attention and controversy.

The family of Renee Good, who was sh0t and k!lled by an ICE agent in Minneapolis last week after clipping him with her SUV, was forced to address unsubstantiated rumors she had a lengthy rap sheet in an emotional plea.

“I’ve been pretty quiet about this, because I wanted to wait until our family could piece together a statement… and it is finally published,” Good’s sister-in-law Morgan Fletcher wrote on Facebook Monday.

“You never think the passing of a loved one will be high profile… or a massively divisive, political topic,” she said.

“We are grieving. Heavily. And yes, we see everyone’s posts and comments. Some in support but also, the nasty ones ripping apart our beautiful and beloved Renee. And we’ve seen the false claims and the wrong Renee Good’s info being posted (criminal history? She didn’t have one.)”

The Post has found no evidence that Good has any criminal history, but a widely-spread image on social media, complete with a possibly AI-generated mugsh0t, lists numerous bogus criminal charges and arrests dating back to 2022.

“No matter where you stand on the issue of ICE or whether or not you think she did or didn’t deserve what happened, please remember she was a human being and she had loved ones… including children who can and will likely see all of these things about their mother… and her wife, whom she loved dearly,” Fletcher wrote.

Chaotic protests have swept Minneapolis since Good, 37, was k!lled on Jan. 7, with police estimating “tens of thousands” of demonstrators attending rallies and street marches against ICE’s continued presence in the Twin Cities.

Her death coincided with the arrival of some 2,000 federal agents in the largest immigration enforcement push in the region in US history, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

A large group of protesters gathered outside the Canopy Hotel Friday night after a rumor some ICE agents were staying there, some of whom “forced entry into the hotel” through an entrance in a nearby alley, Minneapolis cops said in a statement.

Police said some of the “several hundred” demonstrators threw bottles, rocks and snowballs at officers, but that no serious injuries were reported.

In all a few dozen arrests have been made in the protests city-wide.
