Olivia Dunne reveals the truth behind her life & body after gymnastics.

Olivia Dunne spoke honestly about how her body has changed since she stopped doing gymnastics. The former LSU star posted an emotional TikTok where she compared her current self to old clips of her training. Watching the videos, she said she can’t believe what her body used to do.

Dunne was one of the biggest names in college sports. She spent five years at LSU and built a huge following because of her routines, her personality, and her social media presence. But an injury near the end of her final season ended her career early, and she officially retired soon after.

In the TikTok, she showed two old clips of herself tumbling at LSU’s gym. With that she added sad music and wrote, “watching videos of what my body was capable of a year ago like it’s my dead wife.”

She then added, “How tf did I do that,” showing how shocked she is about how much has changed.

Dunne now spends most of her time working on social media, modeling, and running her business projects. She still partners with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and stays very active online, where her fan base keeps growing. Also, recently, Dunne shared a behind-the-scenes look at her workouts.

She supports her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes, who won the 2025 NL Cy Young Award. She often goes to his games and appears in team videos.

Dunne has also started investing in real estate and recently bought a house in Jupiter, Florida, not far from Tiger Woods’ massive estate. Moreover, she also got a luxury apartment in New York City after being denied a chance to buy Babe Ruth’s former home. Records show she purchased a one-bedroom, two-bath condo in the West Village for $1.95 million.

Still, her TikTok message hit hard. The old videos showed the moves that will be tough to do now, and the changes are evident for her. Those moments once looked effortless, but they now feel like a different lifetime. Although, Dunne is creating a new path, yet the memories of what she once could do still stay with her.
