The suspected sh00ter, Tyler James Robinson, 22, was arrested on September 12, 2025, a day after the fatal sh00ting of Charlie Kirk at Turning Point USA’s event. According to court filings, he faces multiple charges, including aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice, after DNA evidence and incriminating messages tied him to the scene. Prosecutors say Robinson believed he was targeting Kirk because of political views he deemed hateful, and they are seeking the d3ath penalty in the case.
