The aircraft went down as it departed from UPS Worldport at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, bound for Honolulu.

Footage captured by ground crew on another shows the jet already on fire as it accelerated down the runway before erupting into a huge fireball.

“Right now, we believe we have at least three fatalities, though I expect that number to rise. We also have at least 11 injuries, some of them very serious,” Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said.

The video reveals flames on the plane’s left wing as it lifted off the ground before crashing and exploding. Now, an incredible new angle shows the UPS cargo jet plowing through what appears to be a truck stop.

The UPS MD-11 carried 38,000 gallons of fuel when it crashed shortly after beginning its takeoff roll.

Louisville Metro Police Chief Paul Humphrey stated that his department will not address questions about the cause of the UPS cargo jet crash, as the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will lead the investigation.

The NTSB probe could take weeks to months to complete.
