Simone Biles is finally speaking her truth.

Earlier this year, the dynamic US gymnast sparked speculation that she may have undergone breast augmentation with continued posts that showed her chest much bigger than fans previously remembered.

In July, the legendary gymnast hit the 2025 ESPYS red carpet wearing a glittering blue sequin gown that showcased her enhancements on full display.

Last month, the gold-medal-winning gymnast shared a not-so-subtle hint about the procedure while jumping on a trampoline at her home.

“First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherries emoji],” Biles wrote in the caption.

Fast forward to November, and Simone Biles is now admitting she had three plastic surgeries in a recent TikTok video.

The Olympic gymnast got “unready” with fans via TikTok, sharing a few “fun facts” about herself.

“I’ve had three plastic surgeries, and two of them you would never be able to tell,” she explained in the video.

“🍒 done? 💖,” one person said in the comment section, to which Simone Biles gave the comment a “thumbs up.”

Another TikTok user guessed, “Boobs, skinny bbl, and eye lift or skin tightening. I’m literally guessing bc I can’t tell lol.”

Biles responded this time with, “🍒, lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger.”

Biles has been vocal in the past about fighting back against the world’s expectations of beauty.

“I don’t know why but others feel as though they can define your own beauty based on their standards,” she wrote on Instagram in 2020.
