New Footage Shows Distraught Josh Allen Walking Off The Team Plane In Buffalo After Loss To Broncos, And It’s Tough To Watch [VIDEO]
A quiet walk off the plane said more than words ever could.
Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills saw their season come to an end Saturday night with a 33-30 overtime loss to the Denver Broncos.
Heartbreak for Josh Allen & the Bills After OT Loss in Denver
The defeat hurt even more because of how it went all throughout. Turnovers, late defensive breakdowns, and disputed calls all played a role in another painful playoff exit.
When the team returned to Buffalo, the emotion was evident. Josh Allen stepped off the team plane with his head down, wearing a hoodie, and his body language looked quite heavy. Cameras caught the moment, and the clip quickly spread online. It showed just how drained he looked after another postseason loss.
Allen carried the weight of the loss himself. He faced the media and spoke through tears.“Feel like I let my teammates down tonight,” Allen said after the game. He later added, “It’s been a long season. I hate how it ended. And it’s gonna stick with me for a long time.”

Allen accounted for four of Buffalo’s five turnovers. He threw two interceptions and lost two fumbles. Denver turned those mistakes into 16 points. Buffalo failed to score off its lone takeaway. Allen said the math told the story. “Can’t win with five turnovers,” he said. “When you shoot yourself in the foot like that, you don’t deserve to win football games.”
The Bills fought back and nearly pulled it off. Buffalo was down 13 points in the third quarter, but Josh Allen led a comeback. He threw a go-ahead touchdown to Dalton Kincaid early in the fourth quarter. A Matt Prater field goal later made it a four-point lead with just over four minutes left. Denver answered late when Bo Nix hit Marvin Mims Jr. for a touchdown. Buffalo forced overtime with a long field goal, but Denver ended the game with another kick.

Officiating calls added to the frustration. Allen mentioned them but did not make excuses. “Yeah, I mean, losing that way, regardless, losing in the playoffs is not fun, so,” he said.
The locker room was emotional. Allen cried and apologized to his teammates. Dion Dawkins broke down while talking about him. Brandin Cooks sat at his locker and wept. The loss felt heavier than past playoff endings.
Allen finished 25 of 39 for 283 yards and three touchdowns. He also ran for 66 yards. It still was not enough. Buffalo has yet to reach the Super Bowl in the Josh Allen era.
