The worst crash of the year was in January, when American Airlines Flight 5342 collided with an Army Black Hawk helicopter in Washington, D.C., and killed everybody aboard.

On Tuesday, a McDonnell Douglas MD-11 operated by UPS Airlines crashed near Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. Three crew members were on board the aircraft.

A large cloud of black smoke billowed into the sky.

Now, we are seeing new footage of the UPS MD-11 from the ground as it can be seen trying to take off while on fire before it reaches the end of the track and explodes.
