New Bombshell Report Throws Lamar Jackson Under The Bus, Claims John Harbaugh & Ravens Are Officially Done With Him

Amid one of the most disappointing seasons in Baltimore Ravens history, a new report indicates that Lamar Jackson’s relationship with John Harbaugh and his teammates has deteriorated significantly.

The Ravens’ 2025 season quickly unraveled when Lamar Jackson suffered a hamstring injury in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He missed three games, and the Ravens went 1-2 in his absence.

Baltimore’s playoff hopes took a massive blow with a heartbreaking 28-24 loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday. Jackson left that game with a back injury, and it’s unclear if he’ll play in Week 17 against the Green Bay Packers.

Now, a stunning new report suggests that the Lamar Jackson era in Baltimore may be coming to a close. Mike Preston of The Baltimore Sun dropped a bombshell column on Wednesday, detailing a fractured relationship between Jackson and the Ravens organization:

“The breakdown of an NFL player’s body is natural, but Jackson could help himself. He doesn’t need to be up late at night playing video games or falling asleep in team meetings. He needs to train more around The Castle instead of only attending mandatory minicamps, where he disappears after one day.

A major problem, a lot of it on the Ravens, is that there are team rules and then there are rules for Jackson. That’s why Baltimore practices in the heat of the afternoon instead of in the morning.

Once the Ravens become critical of Jackson, he becomes more withdrawn. It’s a shame because Jackson isn’t a mean-spirited person, just an overgrown kid in an adult’s body…

Meanwhile, the Ravens should explore all options. It’s clear that coach John Harbaugh has become tired of Jackson, even though he builds him up after every game. He has to, or Jackson will go into his own self-exile.”

Preston also suggests that Baltimore consider trading Jackson, noting that the South Florida native and two-time MVP “would love to play in Miami, where quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is no longer the starter, or possibly Las Vegas, where Brady, a partial owner of the Raiders, has shown a fondness for him.”

The idea of Jackson playing elsewhere sounds crazy at first. But Johnny Unitas, Joe Namath, Joe Montana, Brett Favre, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers have all proven that no single quarterback is untouchable.

But the Ravens only have three playoff wins in the Jackson era. The defense has gotten significantly worse since Mike Macdonald left for the Seattle Seahawks in 2024. Derrick Henry will be 32 in the new year. Their wide receiver room just isn’t good enough.

So, maybe a fresh start is best for everyone. The Ravens’ window is closing with Jackson, so they could easily decide to start over. As for Jackson, he might be keen on playing for a long-term title contender at this phase of his career.
