At 95 years young, Robert Wagner is a poster boy for the benefits of staying active.

In honor of the Hart to Hart star’s milestone birthday Monday, his stepdaughter, Natasha Gregson Wagner, shared an Instagram video of him exercising with Frank Sinatra’s “My Way” playing in the background.

“Still doing things his way at 95,” she wrote. “Happy Birthday to my old man who turns 95 today!” (Natasha is the daughter of film producer Richard Gregson and actress Natalie Wood. Wood and Wagner were married twice.)

In the clip, the elder Wagner can be seen doing leg lifts when someone off camera asks him how it’s going. With a smirk and a sigh, he tells her, “It’s going pretty good.” Elsewhere in the video, Wagner can be seen riding a stationary bike, using an elliptical machine, and doing some stretching. At one point a motivational sign is shown that reads, “A little progress each day adds up to big results.”
