NFL fans were making the same hysterical joke after Amazon Prime Video aired a preview of Jayden Daniels’ interview with reporter Taylor Rooks.

Jayden Daniels’ mother, Regina Jackson, has a reputation for being “overprotective” of her 24-year-old son. Back in May, Jackson admitted that she’s watching out for Daniels to ensure women don’t use him for his money and fame.

Thus, fans continuously joke about Daniels being a “mama’s boy”. Unfortunately for the Washington Commanders’ star quarterback, it doesn’t look like he’ll escape those roasts any time soon.

With the 2025 regular season now just a week away, the @NFLonPrime X/Twitter account posted a preview of Daniels’ interview with Rooks. The full segment will air on Sept. 11, when the Commanders visit the Green Bay Packers on Amazon’s first “Thursday Night Football” broadcast of 2025.
