Erika Kirk has exhibited nothing but strength since the d3ath of her husband, Charlie Kirk.
Kirk, the widow of the conservative activist Charlie Kirk, told a crowd of thousands during a packed memorial in Arizona for her late husband that she has forgiven his shooter.
“I forgive him,” Kirk said as she cried. “I forgive him because it was what Christ did, and it is what Charlie would do.”
The crowd would erupt in applause.
“The answer to hate is not hate. The answer we know from the gospel is love and always love. Love for our enemies and love for those who persecute us.”
Erika Kirk delivered this impassioned speech to a crowd of more than 70,000 while inside State Farm Stadium.
The country effectively changed forever on September 10th when Charlie Kirk attended a campus in Utah, not knowing it would be his final time on Earth.
Last week, Erika shared an emotional clip where she could be seen mourning over his deceased body.

The man accused of ass@ssinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk at a Utah university has been charged with aggravated murd3r.
Tyler Robinson made his 1st court appearance after being charged in Kirk’s murd3r.
Prosecutors brought a murd3r charge against him while outlining evidence, including a text message confession to his partner and a note left beforehand saying he had the opportunity to k!ll him, “and I’m going to take it.”
Robinson was charged with felony discharge of a firearm, punishable by up to life in prison, and obstructing justice, punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
In addition to those charges, he was also charged with witness tampering because he had directed his roommate and possible lover to delete their text messages and not speak to the police if they were to question him.
