The Cavinder twins (Haley Cavinder and Hanna Cavinder), known for their college basketball careers and massive social media presence, had a huge announcement to make.
They announced they are having breast enhancement surgery.
The former college basketball players and internet personalities went to TikTok on Wednesday to show themselves in robes at a medical facility ahead of their procedure.
At one point, Hanna joked about Haley having the surgery first because she’s three minutes older.
Earlier in the week, the Cavinder twins teased the decision in another video. The two were at the gym and mouthing along a voiceover that said, “Say goodbye to these little, itty, bitty t–ties, b—hes … because 24 hours from now, I’m gonna have a rack.”
The Cavinder twins, who announced a retirement from women’s basketball earlier this year, started their respective careers at Fresno State. They blew up on TikTok during the COVID-19 pandemic, and things have been great for them ever since.
In 2021, when the NCAA began to allow student-athletes to profit from their name, image, and likeness, the Cavinder twins were among the most profitable.
In 2024, Hanna Cavinder ranked as the No. 42 highest valuation among all college athletes. She had an NIL valuation of $852,000.
Haley Cavinder, on the other hand, ranked No. 37 among all college athletes. Her NIL valuation was slightly higher than her sisters at $895,000.

The Cavinders now have their own fitness and nutrition app, TWOgether.
2024 was a huge year for them.
The two former Miami basketball players and NIL trailblazers had an extraordinary 2024 filled with career-defining moments and inspiring accomplishments.
Their most iconic moment was when they walked the catwalk for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show at the W South Beach.

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.
‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’
Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.
She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best
It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.
Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.
Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’
