Michael Strahan — one of the greatest defensive icons the NFL has ever produced — has revealed an exciting new chapter in his already extraordinary post-football career.
Strahan, who dominated the league for 15 seasons with the New York Giants from 1993 to 2007, built a résumé few defenders in history can match: 141.5 career sacks, multiple All-Pro selections, a spot on the NFL’s 2000s All-Decade Team, and a tie for the single-season sack record at 22.5. That record is now under threat as Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns sits at 18 sacks with six games still left in the 2025 season.
But as impressive as his on-field legacy is, Strahan’s success off the field has been just as remarkable.
Since retiring in 2008, he has become a fixture in American media — first as a key personality on Fox NFL Sunday, and later as a co-host of Good Morning America beginning in 2016. Yet television has only been one part of Strahan’s evolving empire.
In 2015, he launched the Michael Strahan Brand, a growing lifestyle and apparel company that now features multiple product lines:
MSX by Michael Strahan for everyday wear
Collection by Michael Strahan for tailored and formal looks
Michael Strahan™ grooming products for men
And now, ahead of Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season, Strahan has announced a major milestone for his expanding fashion label.
His brand will be featured in the 2025 USA Today Holiday Gift Guide, one of the country’s most widely read gift-buying publications. Strahan confirmed that a full page will highlight his Design Lab, a customizable suit experience allowing customers to design their own tailored look.
He shared the news in an Instagram Story, writing:
“Thank you @usatoday for featuring @michaelstrahanbrand,” along with a photo of the guide.
Despite his booming business ventures, Strahan isn’t stepping away from television anytime soon. He’ll be back on-screen this Thanksgiving Day for a special holiday edition of Fox NFL Sunday, leading into the Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions matchup.
Related Context: International NFL Expansion Draws Global Interest
As the NFL continues to grow internationally — with games this season in São Paulo, London, Berlin, and Madrid — new potential host cities are emerging.
Paris could soon join the list, with the Stade de France officially bidding for a future regular-season game in 2026 or 2027. If approved, the New Orleans Saints have already expressed strong interest in playing there.
The Saints’ growing presence in France has led to new relationships, including one with Prince Albert II of Monaco, a lifelong sports enthusiast and son of Hollywood legend Grace Kelly. The Saints’ leadership, including owner Gayle Benson, attended Monaco’s prestigious Red Cross Gala earlier this year and discussed the possibility of holding an offseason mini-camp in the principality.
AS Monaco’s football stadium has been mentioned as a likely venue.
Greg Bensel, Saints senior VP, told the BBC:
“We’ve been welcomed with open arms in both Paris and Monaco. Prince Albert has a genuine interest in supporting the team.”
Meanwhile, the Saints continue to build youth and community football programs throughout France, hoping to expand the NFL’s footprint before any potential Paris game is finalized.
Brett Gosper, the NFL’s head of Europe & Asia-Pacific, confirmed that international games will not be “one-offs” — instead becoming recurring events in any market selected.
