For months, Simone Biles kept quiet about the obvious b00b job that she secretly received months after the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She has gotten increasingly vocal about it in the past few weeks. In July, the legendary gymnast hit the 2025 ESPYS red carpet wearing a glittering blue sequin gown that showcased her enhancements on full display.

Earlier this month, the gold-medal-winning gymnast admitted she had three plastic surgeries, saying, “I’ve had three plastic surgeries, and two of them you would never be able to tell,” she explained in a video.

“🍒 done? 💖,” one person said in the comment section, to which Simone Biles commented a “thumbs up.”

The 28-year-old Olympic star posted a TikTok video where she talked about her breast augmentation and explained when she got it, what size the implants are, and why she felt scared when she first saw them.

The gymnast took to TikTok to post a “Breast Augmentation Q&A,” saying, “Ok … what everyone has been waiting for … let’s talk about it.”

“I got my b00bs done June 16,” she stated. Around that same time, Biles was in a back-and-forth social media battle with Riley Gaines over transgender athletes in women’s sports.

Simone Biles stated that she and her doctor would determine that placement under the muscle would be the best choice for her to achieve the most natural look. She then went with the 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants.

“We were deciding between 310 and 330, but the 330 would not fit,” Biles said.

Moving onto recovery, she laughs, “Y’all lied. This sh—t hurts… so bad.”

“Your girl could not move by herself,” she continued, adding that she took the full two weeks off. “My recovery was rough,” she said.

Luckily, her NFL-playing husband, Jonathan Owens, was there to lift her out of bed on day one.

Biles has come a long way from the days when she was fighting back against the world’s expectations of beauty.

“I don’t know why but others feel as though they can define your own beauty based on their standards,” she wrote on Instagram in 2020.

With her new b00bs, it remains to be seen if she will aim to compete at the 2028 Olympics.
