For several years, Jenna Bush Hager has co-hosted the fourth hour of the ever-popular Today Show. She sat by Hoda Kotb’s side until she exited the talk show in early 2025. When Hoda shared she was leaving, fans wondered who would and could possibly take her place. Jenna went on to take over the fourth hour, and celebrity guests would rotate in the Hoda role. Many suggestions have been made as to who should be the permanent co-host, but nothing has come to fruition. Andy Cohen, Justin Sylvester, and Scarlett Johansson were on the list of candidates, but no decisions have been made.

Now, viewers feel that Jenna’s time has run out, and it might be best to put the fourth hour to rest. Since she is on summer vacation, nothing has been formally announced regarding a new co-host. However, she will be back after Labor Day, and the big question is whether she will continue to fly solo or if someone will take a permanent spot beside her. Viewers were quick to chime in with their thoughts. They believed that Jenna’s time had run its course, and she should be axed. It was also noted how she wanted her kids to have the same educational experience as she did.
